Very easy to deal with, Paul was great from the start and was very professional. Went the extra mile on more than one occasion. Sat down and went through everything to make sure the deal was right for me. Even got the car delivered from another dealership to test drive. Absolute pleasure to deal with and will be back next time, couldn't recommend enough.

I hadn't only just passed my test and had originally went to another dealer only to have a bad experience. I was told to try Alex Scott as my in laws go there every time. I wish I went there first! I spoke to a sales rep and he couldn't have been more helpful he sat and listened to what my requirements in a car were and what my budget was and didn't go right up to the budget either. He explained and helped me everything and nothing was a bother, even offered to drive me, my wife and 2 kids home as it was raining. Expectations were truly exceeded without needing to be. I'll definitely be buying here again.

I was only passing by Alex Scott's in Cramlington when I had a look at the cars on offer.
